Howard Franklin is the Western Regional Sales Manager for Liphatech, Inc. He is in his 33rd year in the pest management industry. Brought up in a family pest business, Howard has spent his professional career owning, operating, managing, and training in the Pest Management Industry. Howard currently maintains a Certified Applicators license in the state of Texas, and has been doing rodent, bed bug, safety, and label related training for over 17 years.

Howard attended the University of North Carolina, earning his Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. As a graduate candidate, he taught undergraduate psychology courses at the university. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
