<p>As a passionate esports player and team coach for his high school alma mater, Nick is unsurprisingly drawn to the more technical side of pest control. He loves bringing his customers cutting-edge and unique products such as cameras, location monitoring and non-toxic attractants that can help them better understand their pest problem and how to bring it under control.</p><p>

His approach to customer service is inspired by his mother. Growing up, Nick saw how her friendly disposition and genuine connection with customers in her role as a server turned first-timers into regulars and regulars into family. Now, Nick takes that same approach to work for his customers, prioritizing long-term working relationships, trust and camaraderie. </p><p>

When coaching his esports team, Nick focuses on teaching kids how to learn from each other to develop both their gaming and social skills. Working at Liphatech allows him to practice what he preaches, as he can turn to his team of fellow pest control experts to learn and grow. This offers him countless opportunities to continue developing his skills and become an even more valuable resource for his customers. </p><p>

Nick currently resides in the 500-person town of Lovilia, Iowa. He may not have many hometown teams to root for, but he makes up for it as a member of a variety of fanbases including the Chicago White Sox for baseball, Miami Heat for basketball and New York Giants for football.</p>
